Operating a WhatsApp Business service may require business account information, authorized connection details, contacts, message content and metadata, and technical logs. The precise categories collected, purposes, access controls, hosting locations, and providers depend on the final implementation and will be described before launch. This notice does not assert that all these categories are currently collected.
A business using AnyBot may determine how its customer conversations are handled. Questions about that business’s use of your information should also be directed to it. WhatsApp and Meta process information under their own terms. Any additional infrastructure or processing providers will be identified when the launch configuration is confirmed.
The intended policy is to retain personal information only for the service purpose, support, security, and applicable record-keeping obligations. Production retention periods and backup deletion arrangements are not yet finalized. You can already request deletion by emailing hello@yogevg.com; the deletion instructions page explains what to include and how requests are reviewed.
